Name it, set how long it runs (from 8 hours to a month) and how many people can join. Put the QR code on the table or send the invite link.
2 Share the code
Guests scan the QR code or tap your link. No account to create, no password to remember, and on an iPhone no app to install either — they are in the album and shooting.
3 Keep every snap
Everything anyone took lands in one place. Save what you like, share the web gallery, make a recap video, or download the lot as a zip.

Each guest starts with a roll of 18 snaps. Enough to capture the night from their side of the room, scarce enough that people take photos worth keeping instead of forty identical burst shots. And if your best photographer runs out early, a Pro host can hand them another roll.

Every guest's snaps land in the same album the moment they are taken. No group chat, no AirDrop circle, no “can you send me that one” a week later.
Guests join without the app
Guests open a page in their browser, or on an iPhone the App Clip: scan, tap, shoot. No account, nothing to install. They can still use the app if they like. Pro hosts can print a QR card for the table.
You choose when snaps show
Live or at the end on every event. With Pro, or on your free Pro event each month, you can also show them the next morning, 12 hours after, or to you alone.

Do my guests need the app or an account?
Guests do not need to create an account or enter an email address. To shoot into the album, they scan your QR code or tap your invite link and join from a browser page, or from the App Clip on an iPhone. They can use the app if they already have it. To view the photos, they do not even need the app — the web gallery link opens in any browser.
What if someone takes photos with their regular camera app?
They can still add them. Snap Eighteen adds itself to the iOS and Android Share sheet, so anyone in the event can pick photos from their camera roll and send them straight to the event album in two taps.
Is any of this public?
No. An album is visible only to the people in that event and to anyone you choose to send the web gallery link to. There is no public feed, no followers, no ads and no discovery.
What happens to the photos when the event ends?
Shooting stops when the timer runs out, and the album stays in your history — 30 days on a free account, 365 days on Pro and on a paid event. Before it is removed from our servers, we email a zip of every photo and video to the address on your profile. You can also save snaps to your phone at any time.
Is finding my photos by face private?
Yes. Find my snaps matches faces on your own phone, only after you say yes each time. The faces and your selfie are cleared when it finishes and nothing about them is sent to our servers.
Do my guests have to pay?
No. Only the person hosting pays, and only if they want a longer timer, more than 18 guests, printable table flyers or recap videos. Joining and shooting as a guest is always free.
What does a bigger event cost?
One event is paid once: $9.99 for 50 guests, $19.99 for 100, $39.99 for 250 and $69.99 for 1,000. It runs up to a month and the album is kept 365 days. Seats you do not use become credit toward your next paid event. Pro is $14.99 a year if you host more than once. Prices are in US dollars; the app shows your local price.
How do I delete my account?
In the app: open Settings, then tap Delete account. That removes the account, its events and their media. You can also email support@snapeighteen.com and we will do it for you.
